Payment

The Surgery Center at Hamilton charges a facility fee for each surgical procedure performed by the surgeon. The fee includes the cost of a pre-operative evaluation, nursing personnel, medications, supplies and the use of the procedure and operating room. We will contact you prior to surgery to discuss your fees, if necessary. The amount due is an estimate of services, and may change. We will collect co-payments, co-insurance, and/or deductible payments on the day of surgery. You will receive separate bills from your surgeon, pathologist, and anesthesiologist.
